At Sunwise Property, we will assume the cost and care of repairs, cosmetic updates and furnishings to spruce up your property for rent. And as your primary tenant, we work with your building schedule. If your timeline extends we can usually continue the agreement until construction begins. 02. Is this a service i pay for?
At Sunwise Property, we proudly do not charge any service fees. We offer a unique service where we lease your property directly from you, and as your primary tenant, we pay you a mutually agreed-upon rent each month. Our service provides excellent value, as it covers upgrades, repairs, maintenance, and management, meaning you don't worry about those expenses during the rental term.
03. How can you guarantee the house will be vacated on time?
Fixed-Term Sublease.
With a fixed-term lease, tenants know exactly when their lease ends and when they are expected to move out. We ensure that everyone is transparent about the lease length and that our tenants are aware of their specific move out date well in advance, so there are no surprises. To ensure a seamless transition, we assist subtenants in finding new homes post-lease. Understanding the burden of relocation costs, we frequently cover these expenses, facilitating timely moves.

The rental price for your property is based on several key factors:

Our tenants are typically previous tenants being relocated, with whom we have a trusted relationship, ensuring that they pay their rent on time and respect the property.

To find responsible and trustworthy tenants, we conduct a thorough screening that includes background checks and employment verification. We rent to a single group for the entire property, which meets the requirements of BC Speculation Tax exemption and qualifies as a primary residence. 06. What do you mean by hassle free maintenance?
