I have over a decade of experience in real estate, including working as a licensed Realtor with Selmak Realty Ltd.

Through that experience, I developed a strong understanding of housing operations, leasing structures, and working with property owners across a wide range of situations.

Today, I lead Sunwise Property, where we lease homes directly from owners and operate them as structured shared housing during transition periods such as redevelopment or sale.

Our approach is focused on creating practical, timeline-aligned use of properties that would otherwise sit vacant.
